We had a great first day at school, getting to know each other and learning classroom rules and routines. The students learned our community agreements, so please ask your child what they are.
The school info package was sent home with your child. Please send it back completed ASAP. Also, I gave an agenda to each child. Please send $7 to cover the cost. I'll be sending home a letter to parents tomorrow.
As for homework, students will use the agenda to record any work that they need to finish or work on at home. In addition, please ensure that your child reads at home for at least 20 minutes daily.
